-
Optimization and energy management
- Minimization of the outage time
- Optimization of the run of technological equipments
- Compliance with the guidelines for environmental protection
- Analysis of energy data
- Optimization of the energy consumption and the media consumption
- Negotiation of the electricity supply and SV, diagrams, and the supply mode a the like.
- Making of the main and side readings of electric supply meters, water meters and other energy consumption meters
- Processing of reports and diagrams of the energy consumption, including the handover of the completed statistic forms
- Energy management of the plants according to the declared energy levels
- Processing and delivery of the specified technical reports to all concerned members
- Processing of documents for a breakdown of costs of the media consumption
- Dealing with energy suppliers in the name of customer on the basis of letter of attorney
-
Energy audit
It is a set of activities focused on the analysis of the current building energy consumption and identifying and quantifying the opportunities of cost-effective energy savings.
Areas of energy Audit:- Thermal and technical characteristics of building structures
- Heating and the hot water preparation
- Air-conditioning
- Electrical appliances
- Electrical installation and lighting
- Instrument and control
- Identification of the highest attainable energy and costs savings
- Identification of the technical condition deficiencies of buildings, equipments and plants
- Recommendations regarding to technical measures
- Quantification of the investment demands for measures; their economical, technological, environmental contribution and their return
- Basis for effective management of energy consumption and thus operating costs
-
Supply of energy media
- Supply of heat and hot water supply
- Water supply from public water-pipes and the sewerage water draining
- Lighting of common parts and common facilities in the house
- Supply of gas
- Supply of electricity
-
Energy certificates
It is a set of procedures and measures to improve the energy performance of buildings in order to optimize the internal environment in buildings and to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the operation of buildings after 1.1.2008.
- During the sale of building
- During the rental of building
- During the completion of a new building or the substantial reconstruction of existing buildings
- Thermal and technical characteristics of building structures
- Heating and the hot water preparation
- Ventilation and air-conditioning
- Electrical installation and lighting
The certificate ECB is done according to Decree 625/2006 Z. z. and the result of the process is a label and a certificate. On the basis of energy consumption stated in kWh/m2.year the building will be ranked into the energy class from A to G. The certificate also contains a proposal for economically effective measures to improve EHB and organizational measures in the building administration.
The validity of the energy certificate is 10 years. Label must be placed in a conspicuous place, clearly visible in the buildings, specified in the law; the energy certificate is passed to a new owner when selling the building, a copy of certificate to lessee when renting the building.
